Every LAQ mold investigation begins with a structural mold inspection to look for suspect growth, water damage, building deficiencies, wet building materials, elevated humidity and other conditions that contribute to mold growth. During our structural inspection we identify causation then develop a mold test sampling plan to identify any exposure risk to the building occupants. Our sampling equipment utilizes advanced technology to obtain on-site mold testing results!
After we analyze all of our findings, we email our mold assessment reports to you the same day. Our reports include a summary of our findings, causation, recommendations, and a mold remediation protocol. The Mold Remediation Protocol is a step by step remediation plan complete with a visual aid floor plan. The protocol will explain what work needs to occur to get the areas cleaned up and remediated properly.
If you’re not sure if you have mold or not, ask yourself these questions:
If you answered yes to any of these questions, there’s a good chance you may have what is known as Sick Building Syndrome. You may need a mold inspection and mold testing performed in your home or business.
Mold remediation can be very expensive and may not be necessary. It’s always a good idea to test first, it could save you thousands of dollars. Each project we do comes complete with a comprehensive report on the findings of your property. All our test results are compiled and put into a lab report that is also given to each property owner. We do every type of testing imaginable: from residential homes to commercial and industrial buildings.
